Potentially the easiest and least required effort recipe I’ve done 💪🏽 good sized shanks, it needed about 2 hours covered and and a solid hour uncovered.

It’s all done in the oven. Amazing flavour. I like it hot, a lot of chilli with coriander and crushed peanuts.

Hi all,

4 year old Epson, it gets used everyday. Worked perfectly to Friday evening, turn it on again on Saturday afternoon and this is the result. Replaced the lamp about 2 years ago.

Any ideas what’s causing the Northern Lights to appear in the picture?
