No insurance. Any recommendations would be so helpful.

Left knee is killing me. Mainly around the outside edge of the knee with radiating pain up the quad and down the backside of my calf. Even down my shin and top of my foot at times. It's almost always swollen at the top of the kneecap/quad area and now there is a sharp boney buldge coming off the top outside corner of my knee cap.

It's been 3 weeks now and anytime I do more than wash dishes and take a shower i'm limping and complaining.

Stopped using the paleton and even walking the neighborhood seems to completely wreck it but I can't stand just laying here.

Any insight? Should I suck it up and go to a doctor? Or is there a way to manage at home?
