Whats your sauna protocol and have you actually noticed a difference?

I have been trying to dial in a more consistent sauna routine lately and could use some guidance from people who’ve been doing it for a while. Right now I’m usually doing around 20-30 minutes and 3-4 times a week on my Sweat tent sauna and mostly after training or in the evening. I feel great afterward and I usually sleep better, but I’m not sure if I’m actually hitting the right frequency or duration for the longer term benefits people talk about. What are you guys doing for frequency, time and temperature? And did you notice any difference once you got more consistent?

Red light therapy recommendations for lower back pain?

Im dealing with lower back pain for close to a year and I keep seeing people say red light therapy might help. Im not expecting it to magically fix anything, but I’d be happy if it took the edge off after sitting all day or training. There are so many panels, mats and belts out there though, and I have no idea which one is worth buying. I was looking at a few Sweat tent options since they have both bigger setups and more targeted stuff, but I’m more curious what people here have actually used consistently. Would you go with something wearable for the lower back or just get a regular panel? I don’t mind spending a bit more for something decent, but I’d rather not pay extra for features that don’t really matter and help with my lower back.
