I was curious about their ages after seeing a post here, so I looked them up on Google. It turns out Kanki is in his late 20s to early 30s, while Ousen is in his early 50s.

I know it's nothing major, but it's pretty interesting to know that Kanki is practically a little boy compared to Ousen. Their interactions make a lot more sense now.

He's been enduring the old king's nonsense just waiting for him to pass away so Prince will take over to finally give zhao hope. And when that time finally came and the prince actually listened to him, he got the news that it's his brother in power now.
