Ok, so I am in a pickle. I got offered a job at an outpatient center working M-F and weekends and holidays off. There’s another job that is for a psych hospital and they offer working 3 12s and at least 1 weekend per month. One pays better than the other but the money isn’t the issue. I want the one that will best accommodate my child’s routine as he just started school and after school activities. I know I can’t always be there for everything but I want the job that will allow me more time to attend those things. I need help from people who have had experience in these type jobs and what yall recommend. Thank you.
