Hi. Was wondering how other establishments servers tip out their bartenders, and busser/s also from where. Examples like do you tip out from total sales, total tips, total alcohol sales? What’s yall percentage if you do? Need some help as my establishment that I work at doesn’t have a tip out system and the bartenders and bussers are getting a little upset cause not all the servers are tipping out or know how too. I’m from Tx so bussers are at minimum $7.25/hr and bartenders are at $8/hr. Thanks you for y’all’s input.
