TLDR: can recipes be applied after a photo was taken

Hi! I just ordered a XT30iii that coming Friday and I was wondering if I take a photo in one film recipe or in standard/auto if there is a way to apply a different recipe after? I’ve never felt like I’m good at editing and keeping things consistent in editing so recipes seem very useful to me.

I haven’t had a new camera since 2012 so I’m imagining how you could edit a photo on the camera with basic things like sepia or black and white.
