Secrets of Strixhaven Collector Booster Box: Is this resealed?

Sorry if this is obvious.

This Strixhaven collector box has the correct Wizards logos on the plastic, but there are a lot of weird wrinkling marks/creases on the wrap, especially around the seam and corners. The pic from the front is wrinkling, not holes. Is that normal for the QC on these seals to be this odd?
