I'm visiting Riga soon with my father. The thing is that he only can speak German. I wanted to ask if there are any real risks in Riga that we should know about? Any areas to not approach? Scams? I won't be there for him all the time and he isn't the fittest anymore either, so I'd be very thankful for advice.
