Degree of Decay

I have been unable to see a dentist over 15 years. I am currently in a situation where my teeth appear to have either exposed bone or extreme damage, as the area is grey, black, and also bloody. I have posted photos of this in another community, Periodontal Disease-it is entitled, 'What Degree of Decay." I do not have standard dental insurance. I subscribed to governmental assistance through my medicare coverage. I did that thinking I would be able to get dental work done. Little did I know, it didn't cover most of what I need, without me having a life threatening issue. I am a heart patient. I need to know what set of words, what damage, etc. do I need to speak with the doctor to get assistance? This matter is urgent to me.

Sugestions: Periodontal disease

I have a complicated medical history. I have dental, cardioloical, autoimmune disease, and osteoporosis. I took a short term fosamax treatment about 10 years ago and had severe dental issues since then. Does anyone know of community resources available? Case studies? Etc?

Thanks so much!!
