What is better? We are staying in Puerto Viejo and will be flying into San Jose, so we are trying to decide if we should do a rental car for the full time or do a transfer to/from airbnb and then just Uber.
Does anyone have person experience with the airbnb Villa Nai in Puerto Viejo or Cariblue hotel in Limon?
Pros and cons of each?
Myself, husband, friend and her husband (all in our 30s) are planning a trip to Costa Rica in January/February of 2027. None of us have been there. We want swimmable beaches paired with jungle life to see animals, waterfalls, etc. We are not big hikers.
Would the Caribbean or pacific side be better for these? We would love to also do some snorkeling, possibly just rent a golf cart or something similar, enjoy some good food, but also feel safe. We like to drink, but don't plan to go crazy.
Also, would a hotel or airbnb be a better choice?

I repotted all of my plants on Saturday, it's now Wednesday. Once I cleaned off the old soil, I soaked my plants in hydrogen peroxide/water mixture and then put them in new soil and watered with just water. They are not doing well. Drooping, dying leaves, spots on leaves. These are just a couple of my plants, but I have a variety. I'm wondering if there's anyway to help them or if I should just leave them be and let them run its course. They get 12 hours of light daily which is the typical amount they have been getting since I can remember. Some get window light, some get cabient light. This makes me really sad becuase I have worked so hard on all my plants and have been battling fungus gnats which is why I decided to repot and soak in hydrogen peroxide. Please tell me there's hope 😭😭
