Issues with Pikmin 4 Update 1.1.1

PC: Ryzen 7 7700X - Radeon RX 9070 (PC Shouldn't be the issue, but better safe than sorry)
Pikmin 4 plays without issues on base game with no update but when I enable the update 1.1.1, the game stays on the launching screen for eternity, it just keeps loading. The update is being read from the folder rather than being installed in the NAND. I first tried to install it in the NAND but still same result, same with removing all pipeline caches as well. Anyone know why this happens, I've tried so many things, googled so many scenarios, seen different things. I can't seem to find an answer to it, idk if it could be an issue of the update being encrypted or something, but I don't know much about it, probably I'm just overthinking. I would like to play pikmin 4 on 1.1.1 because playing with the god awful auto lock from pre update is unbareable. I do know about the mod of remove auto lock but i just want to know if there is any hope i could play update 1.1.1 on my eden.
