Suggestion for unique European experiences

Hi everyone, me and the wife would be grateful if you can share unique experiences/places that we can consider for our month long Europe trip this November - And yes we have decided to stay travelling in Europe on this trip.

Just for a bit of context, we are both working adults in our 30s and have been to most of the major city breaks in Europe (France, Germany, Greece, Portugal Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Vienna, Croatia, Malta, Netherlands, Brussels, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Serbia, Spain, Poland, Denmark) . We are huge foodies/ coffee lovers and will be spending some time in San Sebastián, Parma and Modena for sure during this trip. Both of us have no mobility issues and will drive during our travels if needed.

Some of our favorite places/ things to do have been
Copenhagen - food and mooch
Lake Garda/ Como/ Almalfi coast- Eating our way around different towns on a Vespa
Rhine river cruise across multiple countries
Cooking classes in different countries

Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

Thank you in advance!
