Do landlords know the average salary?
I'm at my wits end, I'm looking for anything even remotely affordable. I work 45-49 hours a week on minimum wage which is the legal maximum I'm allowed to work and that amounts to R5900 per month. Why in the ever loving f*** is the baseline bachelor's shoebox starting at R3500 and if you want something remotely safely built in a semi decent area that skyrockets to R6000+? Whats the point of all this? Theres no reason to keep on.
