Issues with database update
Hi. I received a Hiby R1 as a birthday gift but I'm having some issues with it. I can't seem to get the music on there properly. Every time I put my music on there and try to update the database it says it's found the number of songs and then goes back to the empty albums folder asking me to scan again. I can find the music in my SD folder via the Hiby but sometimes it says no music found. Every now and again when I turn it on it'll have reset and I have to select the language again but honestly the main issue for me Is the music thing. I have tried adding music via WiFi and via usb. I have also tried formatting the SD card. Sometimes it does acknowledge my music but it won't stay like that.
Sorry for the big paragraph. I'd be unbelievably grateful if anyone knows how to resolve this. Thank you
