Shower remodel/moisture in subflooring

We are in the process of a shower remodel and have ripped out the previous one. The previous shower was tile with missing grout and had water staining on the subflooring. We put a pause on the renovation to assess if this subflooring needs replaced. The seam circled in blue registers around 15% while the corner had the worst damage and close to 30%. Should we rip up the tile and possibly replace the subfloor? Majority of the board is structurally sound and measure good. We are just worried about trapped moisture and possibilities of future issues.
