West european sailors

Hi all. Is there many west european sailors out there? Do you find your career worth it? As I heard much of the people find the maritime career underpaid considered to the money that cam be earned on shore in Germamy/France. Also many countries do not have good tax arrangements. Anybody reolocated their land life to more favourable countries like Croatia, Montenegro?

How hard is it to find an aparment?

Hey all. I am not here looking for apartment recommendations. I am moving to Hamburg from Munich in October this year. I heard that apartment search is hard, but not as brutal as in Munich. Would like to hear what do you think on it? I am moving with my partner (dual income no kids). Is expecting to pay up to 1.500,00€ warm for a 50ish m2 apartment in Barmberk/Winterhude to expect? Is ImmoScout24 still the best way to search? Thanks all for your help!

Did you have problems finding jobs that much earlier? I got declined to few of them just because my entry period is too far away. I work in accounting/finance. Thanks for the help!

Dear all. I will keep this short as possible. I am am 26 Y.O certified accountant working in Germany. Have been thinking a lot about changing career change due to the AI and overall soul sucking office work.

I always wanted to pursue medicine (surgery to be precise) but never actually went that way.

Have been thinking about it a lot lately and want to hear your thoughts on it? Any changers? Going into medicine in late twenties? As I read on internet, actually many people start it at their 30s.

Thanks all!
