Can’t cope with diagnosis

On a whim one day, my stepdad checked my blood sugar (I had half a full sugar Dr Pepper and a whole box of sno caps) and my blood sugar was 425. I am 19, I hear it’s not uncommon to be diagnosed around 19-20’s. Went to the hospital and had bloodwork, my A1C was pretty high, now I have to get on mounjaro. This has been incredibly emotionally exhausting and stressful. I used to live on fried foods that were pretty carb heavy, chicken nuggets and fries, and ramen. Everything about my previous life is changing so quickly. How can I keep somewhat eating like normal (for now) so it doesn’t get too depressing? I have a history of mental health issues and this is only adding on. I mainly crave fries and cheeseburgers. Pls help, idk where else to turn :,)
