Spravato and Acid together?

I’m wondering if there’s any Spravato users out there who have taken acid whilst being a Spravato patient? I don’t mean taking acid right after, or before the appointment i mean just in general are there any people on here who have taken acid recreationally on days you’re not getting spravato treatment? I’m wondering how that would affect the acid trip, if there’s any serious risks? I haven’t been able to find anyone’s personal accounts of reactions etc

Inside of nose is extremely sensitive and painful post sessions

The spray itself does burn, especially when I have raw spots in my nose, although I’ve noticed that part has gotten less intense over time. What I’m really asking about isn’t the burning during treatment, it’s the ongoing nasal irritation afterward.

Ever since starting Spravato, the inside of my nose has become extremely dry, sensitive, and painful. I have a couple of spots that constantly scab over, and if they get touched or irritated, it feels like I’m being stabbed in those exact areas. My nose also bleeds more often now, although sometimes it’s not even a true nosebleedit’s just those scabs reopening and bleeding.

I’ve tried saline spray and Vaseline, but neither seems to help. No matter how much I use, it feels like the inside of my nose can never stay moisturized enough. The irritation is noticeably worse on the side where I spray my first dose, which is also the stronger dose. I’ve thought about alternating nostrils, but then I worry I’ll just end up with the same problem on both sides.

I only get Spravato every two weeks now, but this is still an ongoing issue. I really like how well the treatment works for me, so I’m not looking to stop it, I’m just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this level of dryness, pain, scabbing, or bleeding, and whether you’ve found anything that actually helps besides saline spray or Vaseline.
