Recently finished my level 3 apprenticeship schooling. and i have accumultaed enough hours to write the red seal exam.
I was told by the school that ministry of labour will mail it to me.
I don't think this is correct. because many of my coworkers who finished their apprenticeship before me never got their Certificate of apprenticeship either.
Does anyone know how you would get it?

So ive learned pretty much everything my employer is willing to let me learn at my current company.
I'm looking to find another job so i can learn other aspect of my trade,
I'm from canada. recently the government here introduced a salary transparency law where company have to list a salary range on their job ads.
I see some companies that have wide salary ranges. Some of them are 25 to 50 bucks.
Is it safe to assume that these companies are willing to accept entry level workers?
I'm asking because in the job ad they are asking some crazy level of experience. that there is no way a guy making 25 bucks will have the expertise for.
