Need an upgrade on my old rx 580. Great thing about it , in CoreCtrl I can set it to spin constantly at 12% rpm which is around 500, making it completely silent while not being full 0rpm (funny enough at 13% I start to hear it, major difference).

Whenever I look for silent gpu, people mean it like "Yea it sits on 50% rpm and is really silent compared to some x cards 50%", meaning it's not really silent, just comparatively quieter.
