​Hey everyone!

​I just got certified last week (ex200)! To be honest, it wasn't my first or even second try. I never really took studying seriously because I wrongly assumed that having years of experience meant I didn't need to study (pretty dumb, right?).

​That was until this attempt, when I decided to switch things up and stumbled across this forum.

​A lot of people here recommended Sander van Vugt's book. On my previous tries, I attempted reading the official docs, but they just felt super long and dry.

​Now I'm looking for another book to help me prepare for the EX294. Does anyone have any recommendations or other solid study resources? I realized I much prefer reading a book over following video courses.

​I got the EX200 v10 cert guide by Sander van Vugt. I took the v9 exam before and failed. I wanted to give v10 a shot today.

​My question is: do the practice exercises in the guide actually match what I'll see on the real exam? If I can nail the book's practice exams and labs, am I good to go?
