UPDATE: Quitting for the 10th time
Original- https://www.reddit.com/r/QuittingZyn/s/736ON2482w
I finally made it to a year! After finishing a can a day every single day for the better part of 5 years, I decided to quit cold turkey a year ago.
The brain fog, irritably, overeating, and trying to feel normal again is all so worth it guys. I never thought I’d be in the position where seeing a Zyn can makes me feel bad for the person and not want to ask for one! Let me know if you need any advice, this community is so helpful.
