I would like to create a rectangle that is 150'x300'. I will not use something that requires charging (or new batteries) more than once a month. I do not need to know the dogs location. I want something that beeps, vibrates then shocks. My only goal is to stop my dogs from going into the street. I would strongly prefer no monthly fee. I am hoping to spend $250ish on the collar.

Again my only purpose is to stop the dogs from going into the street. What are some good options? I would prefer not to but I could bury a wire.
