curious about this from people who have been in the industry for a long time.

i noticed how much more technology is involved now compared with what i remember hearing about insurance years ago. there are more systems, more digital communication, and clients seem to expect faster responses too.

some of it definitely makes things easier, but sometimes it feels like there are just more systems to keep track of lol.

for those who have been around for 10+ years, whats changed the most in your experience? do you think the job is easier now, or just different?
