what’s the deal about high frequency wands? Do they actually prevent acne and rosacea?

What the title says: i’ve been dealing with both of these skin issues for a couple years now. Nothing really helps, other than drinking a shit ton of water consistently and not touching nicotine. I use azaelic acid and niacinimide every night, and this combined treatment generally helps but i’m still struggling with a lot of redness and cystic breakouts quite frequently. Are these wands actually good at getting rid of the breakouts at least before i spent $100 lmao

Is it weird that I rub my mum’s feet?

I’ve ‘revealed’ to my friends and boyfriend that whenever I 21F go to my mum’s 60F or see her she always asks me to rub her feet. She has plantar fasciitis in both feet, is constantly on them at work, always complaining about it etc, so it’s just something i’ve always done. I don’t like doing it but it doesn’t take anything out of my day, so sometimes I do sometimes I don’t. My siblings did too when they lived with her, and my uncle sometimes does too (he’s always been pestered to when he’s over).

I’ve never seen it as strange or weird because it’s something i’ve done since i was younger, and I always used to plait and brush her hair too, but recently telling my friends about it i’ve gotten the side eye. So is it generally seen as strange and not helpful as i’ve always viewed it?
