I have created a video through kling in which my avatar is in a talking head form placed at the bottom left of the horizontal frame with multiple background transitions but it is covering too much frame and i want to minimise the size of my avatar how can i edit it such that when the avatar is minimised so the frames parts of backgrounds it was covering will be editted according to the background visual filling that space what ai tool or editing software can i use for it or what else option do i have?

I'm creating a 20-second AI app advertisement and running into workflow issues.

Current setup:

• Avatar/lip sync: realistic female avatar talking throughout the entire ad
• Video generation: Kling + Higgsfield
• Video length: mostly generating 3-second clips using start/end frames
• Goal: one continuous 20-second ad with smooth transitions

What I want:

• The avatar keeps talking continuously about the app features.
• Multiple background transitions (clean modern visuals, product-related scenes, etc.).
• Multiple phone screen/template transitions showing different app features.
• Smooth cinematic transitions between scenes.

The problem:
Kling/Higgsfield only lets me work with a limited number of visuals per generation, so creating a long sequence with many background and phone-screen changes is becoming difficult. If I generate separate clips, maintaining consistent lip sync, avatar appearance, timing, and transitions becomes challenging.
