Did Spark’s quest with a rando and when we got back to my ward 13, the rando talked to him first (something about unlocking a weapon for me which i got) then i talked to him but i didn’t get the alloy extractor. I have some alloy from other players worlds but no extractor.

Is there a fix or am i screwed? I dont want to make a new character cuz this one has what i like. Sparks is in my ward 13 and i can craft the stuff if i join other players with extractor but can’t farm by myself.
