Please if anyone knows how this works who can help me:

I am a sole guardian of my seven year old son. I run a business in Ajman, I have a 2 year residency and want to put my son under my sponsorship.

I have all the documents needed except NOC from father. We are Swedish and I have sole custody in Sweden, it was given at birth as we were not juridically married so there is no court document on custody available. It is written in the birth certificate that I am the sole guardian and it shows his fathers information.

My agent says it is needed either noc or marriage certificate. His father has no objections as he has never been involved in his life but he is so slow to answer and I don’t think he would ever take the time to go and get a noc attested and stamped and posted that is like too much for him.

I feel so stuck and my son is already on overstay, anyone who has been in the same situation who can give advice on what to do?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and have planned my birth at Fakeeh university hospital, mainly because I really wanted a normal water birth and they offer that. However my baby is in transverse position so I will probably have to schedule a c section and I am self paying so it will cost me more than 20k aed there, doesn’t feel worth it without the water birth experience. I have seen so many other prices like 12-15k in hospitals that seem good to me but I want to know your experiences. Like Saudi German hospital is only 9k, anyone had a c section there? Or aster mankhool or nmc specialty hospital? Any experiences recommendations 🙏
