Hi! My partner and I are both remotely working and looking to relocate to Chicago for summer. We are looking for:

2 bedrooms furnished
June- Aug/September (flexible on dates)

-Ideally Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Lakeview East, or Logan Square but open to anything that is central

-Budget is $3500/month but flexible for the right place

We are also open to a 1 bed/ studio sublease for the month of/part of June while we find something more long term.

Has this happened to anyone else? I got an instant offer yesterday, accepted it, initiated background check, and by the time I went to check the offer again it was revoked. Does this happen often 🥲 I’m so bummed , I really need the work right now and I couldn’t have been happier to get an instant offer after months of applying.
