I've been an Amazon Prime user right from the start but off late I feel that its not worth upgrading due to the following issues.

1. Addition of Marketplace fees (I think its unethical since its already a prime account)
2. Excessive ads in Amazon Prime Video which I feel is again unethical due to the subscription.
3. Their 1 day Prime shipping is largely non-existent these days.
