Hi My boyfriend is gluten intolerant... And I am struggling really hard to make good gluten-free bread in our new neretva bread maker. Does anyone have any good recipes or suggestions? My bread keeps coming out really dense with a really weird texture to it. Any suggestions would be so appreciated.
