I'm single and recently found a home currently selling for 200k in a relatively nice area not too far from where I currently rent from. I have no debt, no loans to pay off and make base 78k annually (take home 4k a month). I have a pay bump coming in at the end of the year bringing my base up 81k. Is it enough to live comfortably in a house that much or should I be making more money?
