Correct lanes at this roundabout
Hi all. I've been driving about a year and my confidence is improving, but this roundabout has been making me nervous recently because it seems split on how people approach it. I'm wanting to leave the roundabout by the exit on the right of the image, ideally in the left lane. The road markings seem to suggest green is correct, but many drivers turn right from the middle lane, and my wife's driving instructor told her that is what she should be doing. I tried doing this yesterday and got honked at by a van wanting to follow the green route in to the left lane. The safe thing to do is probably just to take the right lane and come off in the right lane, just to avoid the confusion, but i wanted to ask how others would approach this. Thanks in advance!
