I'm fully aware what is happening but I can't move on free will, or speak, my body twitches and tenses slightly.

I've had focal seizures most of my life, but I only got diagnosed at 19, I'm 23 now. I'm currently medicated but the meds aren't working. The past two months it's been changing fast and I'm scared it's going to be a grand mal seizure next time.

I work as a caregiver for an autistic kid and I'm scared something is going to happen at work
