does anyone have frequent dreams where they “wake up” inside of the dream and enter another dream?
when i finally do wake up it messes with my sense of reality. I have them quite regularly and I hate them. Some of them have given me panic attacks when I wake up because I felt like I was trapped inside layers of never ending nightmares.
