I loved The Acolyte and I hope it gets a season 2 but it missed an opportunity to show the grandiosity of the High Republic era
The more I reflect on it, the more I think Disney forgot to show how amazing the High Republic era was; the ornate lavishness, the architecture, the costumes, the ships, the undogmatic Jedi mindset.
It's clear that that wasn't the point of the show. The show had a smaller scale and mission, but it could have really showcased the era and it didn't. Sucks.
