So, about a month ago I deleted this lovely app because I was running out of storage on my phone. I saved my ID (it was long set of letters and numbers - now I think it's just numbers), assuming the account data would still be stored anyway. But when I reinstalled the app, everything was gone.
I contacted support right away and they were replying quickly, asking for screenshots, etc. Several times they wrote: "We restored everything, please check your account". But every single time I checked, nothing had come back. This happened probably four times. I’d message them, they’d try restoring it again, tell me to check, but still there's this empty new green field with one cat instead of all of my stuff.
Now they’ve stopped replying for the moment, and honestly I’m starting to lose hope I can get it back. Has anyone else had problems recovering their progress like this? Did your data eventually come back / restart from scratch / quit entirely even?
I was really attached to this game, to my named cats, the little outfits, everything. Progress-wise I think I was unlocking olive trees at that moment. But I’m afraid I won’t start over from the beginning :(
