Does anybody have any better suggestions. I did mange to get the last rating removed today but this will continue until I stop delivering to this customer. I asked to also block this customer but they wanted me to provide the name. I really don't know which customer it is. Another idea is that I could decline every address I recognize as a regular but I really don't want to do that cause that will tank my earnings. I should mention that I dash in a small city of about 25,000. Nothing beats my zone without having to travel 2 hours to a large city.
