I have ALS at 25yo, i'm scared of the impact i'll cause around me with my death
Hi,
I'm Ezra, 25yo, and i've got diagnosed in April 2026 with ALS.
It's been a long journey since my first symptoms in July 2024, where physio didn't work, symptoms gotten worse without explanation and I suffered from my lack of diagnosis.
I've dealt with a lot and still today, I have to grieve for all my projects I'll never do.
I've got family and friends who I love and they all cared about me. So I'm afraid about how they'll cope when I die.
I know I shouldn't think about that but I want to prepared them for what will happen in a few years.
I've thought about letters because I love writing.
Do you have any advice on how should I prepared them/what will be good for them after I die?
