Moving out of present place. Landlord says he wants it to look like how it was when we moved in.

I.e walls painted, carpets spotless

Otherwise will take from deposit.

Things seem fine and reasonable but I just want to clarify how much he can rightly push for and I’ve never really experienced someone being this hands on before and wanting to inspect every little thing.

Just wanna know what my rights are and what’s not.
