We currently run a baseball website that specializes in tracking home runs. I am looking to make an effort at pushing and growing our social media (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). We currently aren't using them at all, so I would work closely with you, but would also try to give you a ton of autonomy to shine.
What I'm Looking For:
Someone actively engaged in Major League Baseball
Active with social media and understands creating engagement
Can make numerous posts a day and engage in trends
Creative type that will bring suggestions
Able to communicate, preferably via Discord
Skills to create graphics
Pay:
$50/Week base while entering a 4 week trial period to see if there is momentum and growth
Pay every Friday via Paypal
Discuss reasonable KPI's based on various growth metrics prior to starting
I'm looking for someone motivated, with skills and suggestions, to help grow the social media presence and will look for the right candidate that I believe we can grow with. Baseball is most active most nights from 7pm-12am EST, so someone actively engaged in baseball where they can side post during their already active routine would be ideal. Thank you!
