Visiting Chicago for a long weekend with my wife in July and trying to pick one nice date-night dinner.

After some research, I'm leaning toward Bavette's, Monteverde, or Girl & the Goat, but can't decide. If you could only choose one, which would it be and why? Or are there better options? (Food is more important than the ambiance)

For context, we're already planning to hit other Chicago tourist "essentials": Pequod's/Lou Malnati's, Al's Beef, and probably a jibarito. But would like to sneak in a nice date night if I can swing it.
