Recently got a new boy, he’s pretty sweet. Although I noticed he tends to make this noise when I let him out of his cage to be free in the room.

He flies straight to a perch that’s in front of my vanity mirror, he only makes this noise for a little at first, not the whole time he’s sitting there.
Is this a bad noise?
Does he not like his reflection? Or is he just being chatty? My other cockatiel has never done this 😅
