I think all of these options would work grammatically, but they are all horrible places to paint your nails. 😂
The story does not hint at any of these places being correct. Vikram got his first manicure for free when he went to the nail salon to buy a gift certificate for his wife. Now he loves manicures so he wants to buy two certificates, one for Priti and one for himself. Lin says he never spends money on himself and then suggests he have her paint his nails for free…and then offers up these choices for us to select from. On a plane, in a cafe, or at the beach. I feel like the obvious answer should be at home. On a plane or at the beach would just result in a mess, and doing it at the cafe would just be rude. None of these places have come up in the story. WTF duo??
