Hey fellow reefers,
So I just found this little thing on a piece of rock. Is this an asterina starfish or something else? Should I do something about it or is it fine to stay? It's right in the middle of the pictures.
So I posted about two weeks ago my first reef tank and this is how it's looking now.
Everything is thriving, but my Pachyclavularia chose to close its polyps so the second picture shows it in all its glory.
This weekend I'll be adding the first fish. ☺️

I also wanted to share my new tank. It's a modified freshwater tank and has a capacity of 120l (or approx. 31 gallons). I mainly used rocks from CaribSea, also their live sand, and added two live rocks, which had a few cool hitchhikers. I've had freshwater tanks for several years and this is my first time getting into reefing.
Since the tank was set up last Saturday I haven't added any corals or fish, especially since the parameters haven't settled. But I'll keep posting and hope you like how I've set up everything.
