Germany Additional VAT charges
Hey guys, i just ordered my G2 glasses and R1 ring via the official website through the Shop app. however im trying to understand whether there are hidden VAT charges that i dont see anywhere. normally all the companies generally share these information clearly in their website however somehow EvenReality just says they do not cover any customs duties or any related fees but at the same time they also dont mention from where they will send the product.. what does this exactly mean? where is their warehouse. will they send it from EU region? i have 24 hours to cancel my glasses due to the prescription lenses. im trying to clarify whether there are additional charges beforehand here. i also opened a support ticket to the ER 😅 tbh If I can't get a proper answer from people, I will cancel the order and go directly to the optician where they sell these glasses in Frankfurt.
TLDR: is the shipment sent as DDP / Delivered Duty Paid?
