Built with Expo SDK, TypeScript, expo-iap for subscriptions.

The App Store review process was painful - 7+ rejections. Biggest issues:

1. expo-iap vs react-native-iap API differences (caused IAP failures)
2. PassKit framework auto-bundled by Expo (Apple kept asking about Apple Pay)
3. Health citations needed clickable links, not just text
4. Privacy modal before camera permission = rejection
