A friend brought over some jewellery pieces for me to take a look at. I didn’t pay much mind to this brooch, as the mount doesn’t look too high quality, no maker’s mark and I could tell the stone was glass. But luckily, while looking at a different piece, I noticed that this one does glow incredibly bright under UV.

Can I get some opinions on this, please?
