Deficit advice
Good morning,
I am a active gym goer and have been successful at achieving the goals I want for the most part but could use alittle advice. I have been running a deficit for 5 months and I'm stuck. I have adjusted my target numbers and increased activity to try and break the block but it has remained the same for 3-4 weeks. This is the last 7lbs to reach my target goal for this deficit. Proper diet, rest, water intake have played a key but those last 7lbs won't drop for the life of me. Any advice would be helpful, I know sodium intake may play a huge key and completly eliminating it may be the other way to get unstuck but what other key factors could you all recommend? I appreciate all input in advance and keep keeping on!
